My 2 cents FWIW First off sounds like an awesome build if $$ were no object I would have a AHH in my quiver.
I am using an 11-32 8 speed cassette with my Sugino XD 600 46-36-26 and love it -nice to have the 11 on the down hills I use a 45cm Nitto Rando bar and really like it, especially because getting in the drops is pretty easy when you have the stem up to seat height. A seat post option:I am sure the Crystal fellow is great as most Nitto stuff is, however I have been really pleased with the VO Grand Cru and its about 1/2 the price of the Nitto. FD, since you are using a compact Crank with a 16 tooth drop I would suggest the FSA compact FD (Gossamer) I am using one on my go fast bike and it works great. Anyway have fun On Jul 11, 6:33 pm, William <tapebu...@gmail.com> wrote: > It depends on total capacity. If he's running a 46-30 in front and a > 12-36 in back, that's 40 teeth of total capacity.
