I love the German mirror and use one for all my road riding.    I really
miss it when I take my mtn bike down a road to a trail head.  I find it as
easy and natural to use as my car mirrors and would no more ride without
than I would drive without mirrors.

(It fits well on drop bars.  I have not used it on flatter bars and am not
sure how it would install.)
