I"m sure most of us have had similar aches over the years. To me it sounds like your just overdid it doubling your distance quickly. It may be a sign that there is something slightly wrong in your alignment/ position. It may be a good proactive step to have a bike fit expert check it out. You may save yourself some future pain.
