Leah, 1up makes a “Fender Cushion”, which is a piece of cylindrical foam, wrapped in a soft material which attaches with Velcro. The Fender Cushion wraps around the little bars that ordinarily press into your tire. Works fine, though you could make these things yourself with foam pipe insulation for a fraction of the $13 they charge.
