Sheldon likely used a 115 as his frame had 126mm rear spacing. A 
130/135mm rear can use a wider one. What length will also depend on the 
brand of BB as there are differences in left/right differential between say 
TA, Phil Wood, Shimano and SKS. Chainline itself anyways isn't limited to 
any specific numbers despite what anyone may say, a longer or shorter 
driveside can be used to align certain cogs in the FW/CS with the 
chainrings depending on a preference.  With the UN55's you can always use a 
1-2mm driveside spacer if you like.   For an Andel triple I installed on my 
Bombadil I bought both the 115 and 118 UN55 and found the 115 with 2mm 
spacer was fine. So buy both and decide for yourself ... or just get the 
118.
