Any hat made from Polartec Wind Pro specifically. It's a denser weave than regular fleece, sticking to me a "just right" balance . The marketing claim says 4x the wind resistance compared to regular Polartec (100, 200 etc.). Forget Windstopper or anything with a barrier/laminate as it's sweaty and inhibits hearing.
