Hey Alan. Expectations can be premeditated disapointments, aye? Grin. Perhaps 
it’s time to try reframing expectations and see if that helps clarify things in 
your mind? Getting the right bike matters, and Rivendell is very good at doing 
that, even though it can take time. If you’re in a rush, you have options and 
they aren’t very compromising ones. Looking through previous threads, it looks 
like you have a Clem? Is it possible to practice delayed gratification for a 
few months (December is coming fast if you’re knitting a sweater for Christmas, 
slow if you’re waiting for a bike. Grin.)? The bottom line fantastic news is 
you are working with a solid company who bends over backwards to make sure you 
end up with a fantastic bike that rides like ... a bike should. That is worth a 
lot, and, to me, is the expectation that trumps all others.
