Personally, I would wait. 
A couple months go by quickly but a compromise you make to get a different 
frame will be with you for a long time. 

If you have something else to ride in the short term it will be worth the wait. 

When something is slightly out of spec, it’s likely much worse on the companies 
who build and sell goods than to the consumer is alerted to the issue instead 
of it being shipped. 

I might be a little bummed about the extra waiting period but I would be very 
grateful for having the issue corrected instead of being shipped a frame with a 
measurement out of spec.
