But that's just it, they are *not* new frames, so no need to break the
moratorium. :)

I do hope they come in at a significant savings over new ones (how
about 33% off?). I also wonder whether it wouldn't be a better
decision for Riv to provide the frame specials at a real (20%?)
discount, since cash-flow issues seem to be Rivendell's biggest
operational problem year in year out. I don't think a 20% would erode
the brand's value, and would probably clear out some of that inventory
that's slowing down product development.
