thanks to everyone for their advice - many folks suggested the VO seatpost, though VO is actually out of them (and it seems they sell for more than retail on ebay right now)... i'm sure i'll find soemthing...
re the Tectros.. i figured out that the cable housing wasn't seated properly where it went into the grip housing, and fixing that has given me a bit more rear braking power.. they do stop fine; what i'm finding is that canitlever breaking seems to be more directly related to transfer of hand power than other brakes i've had.. e.g. if i squeeze harder i stop faster (true with all, but seems to be moreso with this setup). so ya.. i'm happy with the Tectros functionally.. and i think they look pretty damn cool too :) cheers, andrew -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
