Nice write up, and good work! I know I feel better with a diet aligned with the eb side of ebdj, but haven’t been able to click with a hiit routine. I will say that I find David Ludwig’s book to be a sure fire way to curb the sugar cravings, just not my style of food. They just released a cookbook recently that may be worth looking at.
