Encouraging stuff Bill. Turns out our goal weight is about the same (I'm a hair under 5'10" and just turned 50). I'm over my goal weight by some ~ 15-20lb, but am heading in the right direction, so your post is appreciated.
I was between 150-160 until I turned 44 and got a "proper job" six years ago. Now I'd be pleased to see the scale drop under 160 - it's a ways off yet.
