I run a 132mm spaced hub and my Rambouillet dropout has not broken. (It's a 130 Ultegra shimano road hub that I added a 2mm spacer to and redished the wheel. There is 1mm less axle protruding from each side, but it seems to sit in the dropout just fine anyway. If this is unsafe let me know)
