Patrick,

Different for each bike.  Hopefully to spend a bit less time deciding
"which bike to ride?" now switch everything to that bike.  Plus, I
don't mind being over-prepared.  All the repair stuff is only a couple
of pounds.  I still have to lose a lot more than that around the
middle.

Strangely, "way back in the day" I raced.  Mountain bike.  At that
time, there was no support.  Something broke on the ride, we had to
fix it or drop out.  Probably where the "everything but the kitchen
sink" mentality started.

Did snap a chain last week.  But was close enough to Hiawatha Cyclery
that just walked there instead of fixing it.  Ended up replacing the
chain, anyway.
