I don't know what Riv's word is, but I think what's been suggested so far are probably all aspects of a comprehensive X factor. Longer chain stays and lower BBs have long been signature features of Riv frame geometry, and probably in the service of whatever GP is hinting at. The whole "in the bike" not on it thing.
