You could try calling Jack Trumball of Franklin Frames in mid Ohio. He builds, paints, aligns and repairs frames(and not just his own). He's been around since the 70's, and is immensly knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with him has always been excellent and prompt service. He prefers to talk on the phone and talking with him you realize why. His prices compared to what else I read about online is still and has always been "old school reasonable".
