Thanks, Eric.  Yeah, I'll probably not mess with the gearing until I spend more 
time on it next summer.  Once my legs get over winter, I'll probably mainly run 
it in fixed mode, too...

NIce looking bike, Steve.  Don't worry too much about that low-end  
gear.  You won't use it much, but it will be a lifesaver if you need  
it.  My guess is that you won't shift much.  I don't think i shifted  
mine more than a dozen times in several years (riding fixed).
