I can't speak for Ortlieb use, since I'm a Lone Peak guy, but the Tara gets my vote for sure. Excellent quality. Strong, stiff, light. Easy to mount. I use the Tubus brackets that fit around the forks for mounting since the fork braze ons are in the wrong place for the Tara. Much nicer than P-clamps in my book.
