Tubus Tara. Tubus & Ortlieb seem to have a relationship that results in compatibility. Tubus makes an adapter for the fork that allows mounting the Tara without a mid-fork eyelet. The Tara is reasonably priced, steel, and conservatively rated. The touringstore.com carries both Tubus & Ortlieb and is good about fielding questions.
