Speaking of the Krampus, it's brother the ECR is also something to consider 
and I would probably choose it over the Ogre.  The ECR has 80 mm of bottom 
bracket drop (same as Hunq) and the chainstays are 45.1 cm slammed forward 
and would be 46.5 cm with Monkey Nuts installed.  I would buy a frameset 
and build it up with normal MTB size (2.2 to 2.5") tires but the option 
would always be there to do the whole 29+ thing.  The word back on the ECR 
is that it's long, low and stable.  

I'm not sure how heavy the ECR is but my Karate Monkey, as a single-speed 
with 40 spoke touring wheels and 40mm Duremes weighed 24 lbs or less.
