On my Open Pro rims they are quite nearly the same, when inflated to
about 90psi. The Roll-y Pol-y are perhaps a touch plumper. The
Michelins may be more like 26 or 26.5 rather than 27. But I'm almost
certain that they aren't accurately 25, as labeled.

I've seen others report with digital caliper accuracy that the Pro
Race even measure 27.5 on some rims.

Whatever. What's important for me is that the Michelin are great on
the Romulus (at least for my roadie purposes), and that despite
possibly being 1 mm narrower than the Roll-y Pol-y, they do not ride
any rougher, so long as you don't exceed 90 psi.
