Tom I am 5'7", my PBH is 80.6cm and SH is 70.5cm . I have 2 21" (53.3cm C-T) Schwinn Panasonics.
Both have 80 to 95mm of straight seat post showing and both need apporx 125mm of quill length to obtain HB height = SH. STA and HTA and TTL are 75 Voyagur II STA = 73deg, HTA = 72deg, TTL = 57cm Stem Length = 80mm Cockpit length = 64.5cm Possibly Sakae Radon HB (stock) 88 Voyagur STA = 74deg, HTA = 71deg, TTL = 54.5cm Stem Length = 100mm Cockpit Length = 63 cm Nitto Noodle If I had my choice a 55 or 56 cm frame with a 56 TTL would probably be best. So I would choose the larger if the TTL made sense.
