As I (my back) ages, I have found myself using Albatross bars more.  I
have done 40+ miles on Albatross bars, and 40+ miles on the Brompton,
but would generally prefer drops.  Depends upon how my back is feeling
at the time.

In the big sceme of things, I feel fortunate to be riding and I'll
ride what ever bars are comfortable.

One MTB = flat bars
One Bromton = whatever you call those things, but they are not drops
Four Rivendells = 3 drops, 1 Albatross
One Santana = drops
