Beth, As I (my back) ages, I have found myself using Albatross bars more. I have done 40+ miles on Albatross bars, and 40+ miles on the Brompton, but would generally prefer drops. Depends upon how my back is feeling at the time.
In the big sceme of things, I feel fortunate to be riding and I'll ride what ever bars are comfortable. One MTB = flat bars One Bromton = whatever you call those things, but they are not drops Four Rivendells = 3 drops, 1 Albatross One Santana = drops Angus On Dec 19, 11:54 am, b hamon <periwinkle...@yahoo.com> wrote: > Just curious how many Riv riders do their longer-distance (40+ miles) with > upright handlebars?
