Thanks Keith and Kevin, At the suggestion of Bill Lindsay in an older thread, I got myself a tap and die (5mm and .8 thread pitch). I think this will take care of the bottle bosses, rack, and fender mounts, right?
So I'll have to look out for the BB threads. Checked with a couple of my LBS's and they can all take care of it if need be. Down to the wire to get this thing built in time for C&O/GAP trip I'll be starting in DC next Sunday (I'll be pretty close to your Georgetown shop, Keith!) If I don't get it built in time I'll have to use my 650b'ed Bstone T700 city commuter, which wouldn't be bad. But this is my first Rivendell and it'd be a shame not to get to use it on this trip!
