Thanks for all that replied. My Clem has cantilever brakes (built it up from a frameset) so there shouldn't be any interference mounting to center hole. Looks like I could use the mounting slots to use a couple struts and utilize the top fork mounts. I'll try the rack mount as it is first of course. I'll be making my own bags, panniers and a low profile porteur bag of some sort. I'll have time to figure that out. I also added a rear Tubus Vega rack, so Clem will be able to haul quite a bit once the front rack arrives. David Chicago
