I fixed the opposite problem, nose slipping forward (because I stupidly had the saddle all the way forward on the rails; long story) with blue Locktite on the cradle. The sp in question was a Logic, thus very like, if not identical to, the Crystal Fellow.
OTOH, I've since taken to running my saddles -- Flites -- all the way *back* on the rails, and I've used Crystal Fellows with no slippage. I'm 170, and I'd say that your gorilla is too shy and modest -- rather unlikely that you have 2 defective posts. Try an allen with a small cheater bar.
