Thanks for the bb closing recommendations. Both seem more thought out than what I did. I'll give it a go today. It is unlikely that I'll have it realigned. I don't really think it's that big of an issue, I was just wanting to make sure that it didn't need to be realigned. And of course, one could find a nicer/straighter frame for more money, but that would take away the magic of rescuing this almost free, almost disposed of frame.
