Personally, I am going to live with this bike, and ride it a good while 
before contemplating any upgrades.  By that, I mean replacing replacing any 
of the original components with different items.  Because I do plan to 
accessorize right away with a Pletscher rear rack, fenders, water bottle 
cage, and a bell.  But as for replacing things existing on the bike, I'm 
gonna hold off on that until I get a good feel for what is already there. 
 For me, a lot of the decision a matter of expense.  Buying this bike did 
rather stretch the budget.  Also, I want to see how good a job the Riv 
folks did at spec'ing the bike out.  I'll bet it works out very well. 
 Though, having said that, I do have a lonely Brooks saddle kicking around 
that place that will be installed post haste. :)
