Depends on how you intend to ride. I found the Sam and Clem to be pretty
different bikes (both fantastic). I love my Sam more than any bike I've
ever owned and can ride it as a road/club ride bike or a trail bike (with a
wheelset swap). I could see setting up a Clem as a really fun trail bike,
commuter, rambler, errand and town bike but I couldn't see joining a club
ride on it. That didn't seem like what Clem wanted to do when I tried it
out. If I could have two Riv's I'd have a Rodeo for roads and either a
Hunq or Clem for trails and town. But, since I can only swing one, the Sam
has been a very, very happy medium.
