YES. They are like what you read about in In Search of Excellence and so different from so many companies today. In spite of the fact that my son & d-I-l have several Rivs each, I probably would not have bought one if we hadn't randomly wandered past BB&H and recognized the Rivendell name. Grant invited us to stop by the next day for a test ride and I just had to do it. While I tested the Cheviot, a woman came in to pick up her Betty Foy. The look of pure joy as she rode it around the parking lot probably influenced me as much as anything else. I wanted to test hills because I can't get to the end of my street w/o going up a killer hill. So Grant figured out where we could go to test some hills and rode off with us to lead the way so we wouldn't get lost. How could I not buy a bike from them?
I love what they do and how they do it. I feel pretty confident they are selling quality and doing it at a fair price. I love the atmosphere, how they work together. And Grant brings lunch in for them several times a week from several of the great nearby restaurants. On Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 6:37:56 PM UTC-7, Evan E. wrote: > Yep! Rivendell people are great.
