I mentioned VO not as possible partner with Riv, but as a possible source of bikes & components for the Delmarva area. More a competitor who the DC area may support. I have their front rack with integrated decaluers, and it is ok except the pins on the decaluer should be 25 mm longer.
I did not think about the retail space.
