Me, too! I had a red U-frame Breezer Uptown 8. Fully loaded: dynamo lights front+rear, IGH, chain guard, super-beefy rack+rat-trap, fenders. Even comes with a kickstand! All for <$1,000.
That bike rode fast. I don't think I was fast, but it brought the "weee!" back into bicycle riding for me, and that's the important part.
