+1 on Lezyne... I have the PressureDrive M and a PressureDrive S... They are the only two mini-pumps I've used successfully more than once (I don't think I'm very graceful when pumping, I guess). The "M" (for "medium") will fit in many bags, tightly even into a Keven's; the "S" ("small") even fits in an Acorn tri-fold.
I've had no issues at all with either pump. Note that I never pump anything over 75psi. The "M" is substantially easier to pump than the "S", as one might expect. But I've used each to pump tubes from empty to full several times. Even the "S" can do that okay. Little cool twist: their is an "upgrade" hose for the "M" that includes a pressure guage. It replaces the hose that the "M" normally comes with. It also works with the "S" but is too long to fit inside the pump body (which is what the pump's design intends). I think both models and the guage-hose can be had from AEBike. I believe the "M" is normally available from VO.
