113 BB came standard with it and that's what I've on mine. As far as following my example on sizing, who's more foolish? The fool? Or the one who follows him? Sardonic grin. But yes, with my 90 pbh, I'm likely a 62-64 by the official sizing chart and push the frame to 66 and love it. I have monkey arms though so like to stretch out. You may want to play with your stem length if it feels too long there.
You know, the QB has redefined my understanding of the spinner/masher dichotomy -- I experience as false. I do both depending on the circumstances. At 40+ mph down a 10 miles pass, I'm a spinner just to keep my legs warm. Grin. Going up that pass, I'm a masher, but not in the usual sense. There is a smoothness and rhythm you'll discover to spinning, climbing and flats. Well, I presume flats, though I've hardly experienced them to know of what I speak. Grin.
