Greetings, I was in the process of changing cables on my Bleriot when I realized it was in ready for a much needed overhaul. I'm a hack mechanic and have kept it on the road for eight years, but it's a bike I use a lot and it was due for professional attention. The local shop (Recycled Cycles-Fremont, Seattle...AWESOME) not only did a fantastic job replacing parts and overhauling but they cleaned it! When I picked it up I couldn't believe the color...I'd forgotten how light and reflective the original color really was...very pretty. Kind of embarrassing to think how I dropped it off but have received a couple thumbs up since. Of course took it out in the rain today...hah.
