Thanks for the info. I'm trying to strike a balance really, and I do enjoy
cooking and baking and am glad there are alternatives recipe-wise. That is
one of the things that has kept me from trying things is that I really
enjoy cooking and would need to come up with new flavorful meals. Not a bad
challenge though.
