My Quickbeam headset lasted 10 years before I rode it on 9 miles on Sonoma Gold crushed limestone paths in two rainstorms. Now it's crunchy. I had to replace the chain, too. I was going to replace the headset, but after reading this thread, I think maybe I can just service it. Thanks! That would be cool.
