You must realize, Patrick... that one is pretty "out there"... most people 
(including myself) will have a hard time getting their heads around that 
kind of diet.. It's just such a radical departure from what we've been 
taught about fats and balanced diet ...  and then there are those who rail 
against dairy products as being inappropriate for the human digestive 
system... Is there a right answer????
