That's so true Patrick. I fell in with the CrossFit crowd and decided to cut out sugars and grains. I thought I would have a plateau like most "diets" and 22 lbs later I'm still losing and will reach my goal of 25 lbs sooner than I expected. I don't have craving for sugar but I have to make jalapeƱo and cheese bagels for our ride to work pit stop tomorrow, so I'll see how my resistance is with grains. :)
