My five cents . . . Don't bother what what you do not want , only get what you really really want ! Don't settle for what you do not want , unless you want to settle for what you do not really want. *Then* you'll either have a boat anchor laying around after you get what you wanted in the first place, or you sell it later, which can be it's own boat anchor in itself .
So unless your heart is set on a Surly, don't bother .
