So much has to do with the bike set-up/fitting with any set of bars.
I've run moustache bars that I couldn't get comfortable on because I
couldn't get them high enough and close enough on a particular bike.
I've got albatross bars on my Surly Big Dummy. After several stem
changes, I still haven't hit the sweet spot with the bar positioning
where they feel as comfortable as my noodles or flat bars/barends on
other bikes. I wanted to give the A-bars a try, but I'll probably
switch back to my original set-up on the BD as it was very comfortable
(risers with ergon grips and cane creek barends)
