Ah, I didn't notice the "welded" bit in the original e-mail.  So yes, likely
another identikit OS sloping-TT steel frame with carbon fork, rather than a
re-issued 1980s-type Allez (especially the early, 3Rensho-made versions,
with gorgeous long-point lugs).  Too bad.
