I ride a 61 cm Bleriot w/175 cranks and may experience pedal strike if I 
pedal through a turn.  Of course that depends on the turn -  how tight it is 
and how far I have to lean to negotiate it.  So, I don't pedal in turns. 
Same hold true for my 62 cm Hilsen.
