Ditto comparing it with my '96 A/R (even the same size, which in retrospect is about 4 cm too short for me). The color, the decals, the frame tubing, the lugs all seem correct. The lugged stem of course came later than 1995. Although as a point of accuracy, IIRC the lugs are not made by Henry James.
