The decal on the downtube of the bicycle on eBay is the same as that on my Rivendell, which was purchased new by me in 1996 (I'd assume it was also used in 1995). The only thing that looks unusual to me is the Reynolds 531 decal on the forks, I'm relatively sure that Reynolds 753 was the only tubing used by Waterford on these early build bikes (it certainly is what they used on my Riv).
