The pitlock seatpost binders are designed to work with bicycles that
use the old style q/r binder bolt. Works great on my 84 Stumpjumper
and on a similar vintage Trek MTB that I worked on. They don't
generally work with seatpost clamps that are not part of the frame,
and they don't tend to work on integral clamps that are designed to be
used with a bolt.
