If you have an existing mail setup for a company (lets say you work for them), if the mail goes down, you're up to your eyeballs in llama doo-doo. If you're installing/upgrading a package on a live box that simply *cannot* go down, for any reason, then yes, its akin to learning to fly. Not that I've got my pilot's license... :-) .Shawn
