Thanks to the both of you, but my problem is _intermittent_, not constant. I double-checked permissions again (they appear fine), but if it were a permissions problem I would think the issue would appear all the time. That _seems_ like a reasonable assumption to make, anyway. :) Which is why I'm fairly sure the current machine is just getting overloaded every now and then, but I'd like to be sure of that if at all possible. I can get by until the new box is in place, no problem. I just want to verify that the error is indeed resources.
