Are your users mailbox in the same host as qmail-scanner? How Plesk mantains the users mailbox? If it uses vpopmail, it won't be too dificult (for only one_recip) to patch the st version tho check for the user validity after the routine grabenvelop_headers and call the reject routine. Maybe you can ask for it at the Plesk people or do it yourself.
