Agree, it isn't the only place where this information could be, but since it
is a qmail standard control file that defines "local" or is intended for
that purpose, thought it made sense.

Of course I can extend it myself and am thinking of doing so, just a
recommendation.

But to answer your question, I am currently running 367 local account, 513
domains (as of this writing) with rcpthosts, virtualdomains using vmailmgr
and our custom control panel option. Of course qmail-scanner was added for
virus only for clamd purposes as we have developed virtual user specific
options for spamassassin internally. This all works amazingly well!

At any rate, I understand that Q-S is intended for multiple configurations
and that my requests may sound a bit selfish, but I was specifically
thinking of qmail based configuration which of course is a base requirement
of Q-S.

Shannon

...but rcpthosts isn't the only place to get such information fron - that's
why Q-S doesn't do it - supporting it suddenly means "why doesn't Q-S
support the XYZ way of doing things".

I mean, if you really have 500 domains, you can't be using rcpthosts right?
You must be using one of the CDB versions?
